Law and Order is an edge grain cutting board that utilizes different species of wood, organized in a very clean design to create a balanced and clean look. Law and Order is a very clean and organized board. The pattern is very discrete, and unless you are looking at it with a keen eye, you might even miss that there are two separate species of lighter colored wood separated by the exotic wood: Wenge. The design is meant to be used in a home or restaurant that has a more calm and clean aesthetic, an aesthetic where the actual wood does most of the talking rather than a more elaborate pattern.
